why I ultimately decided to experiment with giving up caffeine, how
it impacts your mind and body (particularly from a Traditional
Chinese Medicine standpoint), and how my life has changed without
it thus far.
It hasn’t been the easiest journey, but it has truly allowed me to live my greatest, juiciest life. Listen in and discover some of the benefits I've experienced like better sleep, higher libido, and more stable moods (the list goes on). I get super specific with how I used minerals, vitamins, protein, and herbs to counter the withdrawal effects.
